We recently purchased a Dream Cloud mattress from HassleLess Mattress. Being able to navigate through the showroom without a sales person following us around was really nice, not to mention the awkward feeling of laying on a bed and having someone watch you! Using the kiosk to complete the purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was easy too. We were gov n a 2-hour window, and we got a call when they were on the way. The delivery team were efficient and friendly. We love our new mattress! I would highly recommend HassleLess!

At first I was skeptical. I went to the showroom and as advertised, there were no one in the store. I felt comfortable trying the mattresses I researched. I was a little shocked to hear that there were no employees there to help you, but I was amazed by the great customer service when I called the number to ask questions. They were very helpful and courteous. As far as the bed selections, they had every imaginable brand of mattresses with reasonable pricing. Hearing the “ no sales people” makes you question and for sure made me question it. Saw mattresses on line and made a called to customer service who ANSWERS THE PHONE! Humans guy! Was super helpful. From start to finish, my entire experience was about perfect.I spent about an hour in the store trying beds all by myself. I appreciated not having to talk to anyone or feel weird going bed to bed and back many times. I picked out the mattress and base I wanted and ordered it online from the comfort of my home. The delivery was scheduled for Saturday. I received a text with my 2-hour window Friday night. Saturday morning, I received a phone call that they would arrive in 30 minutes. They arrived within the scheduled window and expeditiously removed my old mattress and set up my new bed. They were clean and courteous. Honestly, we were skeptical of the concept of an employee-free store, but were in need of a new mattress. We stopped in the Cary showroom on a Friday evening and were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and choice of mattresses. There were no other customers nor employees at the store. They provided instructions with sanitary pillow covers, and we were able to take our time, trying almost every mattress in the store. The selection was impressive, consisting of every type of mattress from firm to plush and everything in the middle. We were able to find an extremely comfortable mattress, which we tried several times, comparing to the others. Once we made our decision, we scanned the barcode on our phone, and the purchase was done in minutes. Total time in the store was maybe 20 minutes, and the best part - no salespeople watching/influencing us! Fifteen hours later, 2 very professional deliverymen took out our old set and installed our new mattress set. This was the best mattress purchasing experience we have ever had and found it to be, as the name infers, "HASSLELESS"! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mattress!

I love this place. It's more like a boutique. The beautyrest mattress I just purchased was so comfy and I love that I didn't have any sales person trying to convince me to buy something I didn't want to buy. I went in the store tried out all the mattresses in peace and felt comfortable. When it got delivered it was exactly what I expected! What a great concept! I was helping my parents pick out a new mattress and my mom remembered seeing a commercial for HassleLess. We went into the showroom and there was no one there. No pushy sales people, just really well signed information for every mattress, a video playing on loop discussing the process, and a kiosk for ordering. We found what we were looking for but decided to check out Ashley Furniture and MattressFirm and were met with salespeople who wouldn't let you just look around, but followed you everywhere. In the end we went with HassleLess. Ordered the mattress late on a Saturday and on Monday afternoon, the mattress was delivered! They even hauled away the old mattress at no charge. Overall, the prices beat the competitors and the whole process was pretty slick! Highly recommend. Also, they have a bathroom,so you can take your time while you search for the perfect mattress.

Great Concept, Great Options, Quick & Easy Delivery. After recommendations from a friend, we decided to try HassleLess and very glad we did. After doing some mattress shopping and getting some strange pushy sales and poor selections at other stores, we gave in and tried HassleLess. The selection was great, easy to follow explanations and pricing w/ options. We opted to go home and measure for the correct box spring and ordered online. I was able to schedule my delivery, they arrived in the window provided with excellent communication the night before and day of. The guys were in/out in 20 mins or less including taking the old items. I'd definitely consider another purchase with them.

It was really easy to buy a quality mattress, went into the Caledonia Mattress Showroom, laid on all the beds to see which one was right one for me without the hassle of any salespeople, went home, went to their website and order what I wanted. Easy as that. They have a computer inside the showroom where you can order your mattress, but I chose to order my mattress at my home computer, I order my mattress and the next day I received my mattress, and the delivery guys also took my old mattress and box spring. They also set up my mattress and base and showed us how to work the remote for the base. The delivery guys were awesome and respectful; Also, I first went to Ashleys furniture store and the same mattress I bought at HassleLess Mattress was $1500.00 cheaper than Ashleys. I would recommend that your next mattress should be bought a HassleLess Mattress.

I loved the freedom of walking around the store and trying out the mattresses. I didn't feel embarrassed as I would if an employee was present watching me. At my age, getting in and out of beds is not a graceful act. I felt safe in the store and was aware how to contact someone for any questions or assistance I may have needed. This was such a strange but amazing concept! No one works inside the store...you just go in and test out the mattresses and then purchase it on the kiosk once you figure out which one you want. Honestly, a salesperson isn't going to be able to sell me on what bed is more comfortable to me anyway, so I loved everything about this place and we were in and out in 15 minutes. They delivered it the next day as planned and disposed of my old mattress. It was so easy and convenient, I was more than happy to spend my money there. I even ended up getting extra pillows that I didn't plan on buying. I visited a showroom in McHenry Illinois, hoping to find a mattress comparable to the ones in hotels like Marriott, Hilton, etc. After trying a half dozen, I settled on a Beauty Rest that felt just right after I tried it another 4 times in between other mattresses. A week later I placed my order online. It was promised the next day between 1 and 4pm. At 12:45 the next day, the delivery driver called and said they'd be there in 12 minutes. They showed up, took out my old mattress and brought in the new, all in under 5 minutes. I loved being able to try every mattress I wanted to as many times as I wished, without someone trying to talk me into something else or making me feel self conscious about mattress-hopping for an hour. All in all, a great experience!

Great shopping experience! I love that there is not a salesperson. I watched the short video and placed my order in the store. There was a great selection to chose from. We ordered a box spring with our mattress. Customer service called us right away and said the mattress had one in it. Did not realize that. So they are honest too. A day later we realized we would need the hardware for the head frame. Called them and no problem, they added it to our delivery. Excellent communication from the start and with letting us know what time frame they would be at our house. They young men that delivered were very nice and respectful of the property.
