One of our HassleLess Mattress sleep specialists will reach out to you in 1 to 3 business days to assist with your Sleep Trial exchange. Please give your mattress a minimum of 30 nights, so you have allowed the time needed to adjust to your new mattress.
The 100 Night Sleep Trial is not valid on mattress protectors, pillows, frames, adjustable bases, or other accessories. Exchanged mattress must be of equal or greater value and has a processing/transport fee of $78 plus 10% restocking fee of the mattress price (restocking fee not to exceed $250). Complete return of the mattress has a $78 processing/transport fee and a 20% restocking fee (restocking fee not to exceed $500). Size changes are subject to a 20% restocking fee and qualifies as your one-time comfort exchange. Box spring height exchanges are subject to a $78 processing/transport fee and qualifies as your one-time comfort exchange.
If any part of a purchase is returned, all free promotional items or Rewards Cash will be deducted from the amount of the return. In compliance with strict national and state bedding laws, and as detailed in the manufacturer’s warranty, HassleLess Mattress is unable to exchange a mattress that is stained, unsanitary or damaged (which includes but is not limited to pet hair and/or smoke) under the 100 Night Sleep Trial.
HassleLess highly recommends that you purchase our mattress pad/protector to help keep your mattress clean. No second exchange or return of previous exchange is allowed. If you remove your law label tag from the mattress or foundation, the 100 Night Sleep Trial will be void.
General Sleep Trial Exclusions
- Mattress damage due to the use of an inappropriate foundation
- Mattress and/or foundation damage due to abuse or moving
- All stains, tears, and/or burns
- Law label, located at the head of the mattress, that has been removed
- All special orders including California King orders
