Most mattresses are in-stock and ready for delivery.
Free delivery to the following: Illinoiscounties: McHenry, Lake, Kane, DuPage, Cook, Boone, DeKalb, Kendall, La Salle, Grundy, and Will. Indiana counties: Lake and Porter. Wisconsin counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Ozaukee, Washington, Jefferson, Dodge, Fond Du Lac, Sheboygan, Walworth, and Kenosha.
Normal delivery times are 8am-5pm, Monday – Saturday. We cannot accept special time requests. You will receive a text and an email with your assigned 3-hour delivery window by 6:00 PM the evening before your delivery. The delivery drivers will also call you approximately 15 – 45 minutes before they arrive.
Changes to original order are allowed before 4:00 PM the day prior to your delivery. Changes after 4:00 PM that include delivery address change, item change, add-on of non-UPSable items would result in a cancellation/redelivery fee of $78 (this includes missed delivery). Changes after 4:00 PM that include UPSable items, such as mattress pad/protector, pillows, sheets, headboard brackets, etc. will be shipped separate from your original order. A phone number change after 4:00 PM the day prior to your delivery may not be recognized in our system in time.
HassleLess offers Contactless or Full Service Delivery. Contactless Delivery will be to your doorstep where the delivery staff will remain outside (we can still take your old mattress/box spring if it is placed outside for removal). Full Service Delivery includes setup plus removal of your old mattress set. Please select Free Contactless Delivery at checkout as Full Service Delivery is the standard.
